Choose from over 150 Group Ex Classes per week


Our three Studios offer over 150+ instructor-led and virtual classes each week. Classes take place 7 days a week, are enjoyable and fun and suit all ages and fitness levels. Taught by professional instructors who provide help and advice, choose from aerobic classes to burn calories and boost fitness, holistic classes to promote flexibility and reduce life's stresses, conditioning classes to tone and sculpt the body and great dance classes.

015 LLCgym LR DH40997 copyOur Immersive Spin Studio, the only one in Kent, offers over 80 Spin and Group Cycle classes per week. The Studio features THE TRIP™, a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. Inspired by cinema, live concert experiences and interactive gaming, the Studio will feature a cinema-scale screen measuring 5.5m wide x 2m high, a night club-style sound system and LED lighting. All workouts are led by an instructor and with a host of different digital worlds to choose from, participants will never get bored. See full Group Exercise Class Programme here.

From 1 December, Members will have a 9 day window to book classes (currently 7 days), Priority Card holders have 7 days and Casual Users can book and pay on the phone 2 days in advance.


Class Descriptions & Difficulty Key

E = Easy | M = Moderate | H = Hard

AQUA ACTION uses the water to tone and shape your body safely and effectively. Juniors 11 years+ can participate in this class.  E

BALLET with PRIMA Learn the basics of ballet whilst improving core, posture, mobility and co-ordination.  Includes a good barre workout.  E/M

BALLET ADVANCED with PRIMA A challenging ballet class incorporating barre, centre and allegro to increase stamina.  A good understanding of ballet technique is essential (Grade 5+)  H

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class that combines athletic movements with strength exercises including push-ups and squats.  M

BODYBALANCE™ A dynamic class based on theprinciples of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi - invigorates, tones and leaves you renewedand relaxed.  E/M

BODYCOMBAT™ An exciting aerobic class that combines moves and stances from a range of self- defence disciplines and martial arts.  M/H

BODYPUMP™ A resistance class using bars and weights to achieve muscular strength and definition - simply resistance with rhythm!  M/H

BOXERCISE is a high intensity class that combines boxing techniques and circuits.  M/H

CIRCUIT TRAINING A challenging and powerful programme for all round fitness incorporating strength, endurance and stamina exercises.  H

CONDITIONING WITH JAZZ DANCE PRIMA Work at your own pace whilst toning, strengthening and stretching the body and finish the class learning some basic dance steps and simple routines.  E/M

CONTEMPORARY DANCE with PRIMA A fusion of several styles of dance and fluid/creative movement. Some basic contemporary dance knowledge advisable. M/H

CXWORX™ This 30 minute express workout focuses on functional training moves that will improve core strength and help prevent injury.  M

DANCE MIX A combination of dance styles – Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop and Jam are fused together in this class. Get fit and feel great!  M

EASY LINE CIRCUITS is a circuit class with a hi tech twist. Perfect for those that want to push themselves that little bit more.  M

EXCEL FITNESS The EXCEL Fitness Programme provides fun and challenging classes and supervised gym sessions for 11 to 16 year olds.

FAB ABS, BUTTS & LEGS A comprehensive workout to tone and strengthen all those bits we love to hate.  M

IYENGAR YOGA Improve control of the body,mind and breath and develop an understanding of yoga postures. Classes can be strenuous and will include hands on adjustment.  M

JAZZ DANCE with PRIMA Leap, kick and turn whilst learning short dance routines.  A good workout for the mind and body!  M

PILATES offers relaxation and posture control whilst developing core stability and back strength.  E/M

PRIMETIMERS FITNESS A mixture of low impact aerobic moves and conditioning exercises to help maintain mobility and posture.  E

RPM™ With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, the instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

SPIN Join in the ultimate ride of your life with an indoor cycling class. Burn fat fast, whilst toning your butt, thighs and calves.

SPIN WITH MYZONE MATCH Some of our Spin classes offer the opportunity to use your MYZONE belt to zone match for an extra level of fun and ‘gamification.’

SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.  M/H

TAP with PRIMA Find your inner rhythm and have fun whilst exercising.  Learn the basics of tap and enjoy fun routines.  M

TAP ADVANCED with PRIMA A challenging class for experienced tappers (Grade 3+).  Optional performance opportunities.  H
