Facilities for All

tmactive has an ongoing aim of continually improving the quality of the service for all residents of the borough and to make access as easy as possible for everyone.

Our buildings and facilities have been adapted to comply with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act, and staff have been provided with training to service disabled customers. We also run outreach sessions for those who can’t get to us.

We hope that you find the website accessibility feature helpful. Have you missed it? Simply put your cursor on the green circle bottom left. It allows people with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.

We welcome all users, and if you require any special assistance or information about our activities or facilities, please get in touch.
