20180823 170716The EXCEL Fitness Programme offers challenging keep fit opportunities for 11-16 year olds.  It's designed to be inclusive and fun, so that every young person can enjoy the sessions, regardless of ability.

You can take part on a pay and play basis, or take advantage of Membership. EXCEL Membership provides unlimited EXCEL fitness sessions at Larkfield and the Angel Centre plus unlimited swimming at Larkfield and Tonbridge Swimming Pool. Membership Price: Monthly DD £22 | Annual Membership £264.  Everyone taking part in EXCEL must have completed a 3 stage EXCEL Gym Induction and been awarded their EXCEL Competency Certificate.

Competency Certificate

For their own safety, all new EXCEL members and casual users are required to attend a minimum of 3 induction sessions before they can attend the sessions outlined in the EXCEL programme. At the end of this time they will receive an EXCEL Competency Certificate. These sessions are supervised by one instructor to a maximum of 4 users/members. The induction sessions take place at the following times:

  • Larkfield Leisure Centre: 4pm & 5pm on Monday to Thursday | 1pm on Saturday
  • Angel Centre: 4pm Monday to Friday | 2pm on Saturday & Sunday

Sessions cost  £5.50 Priority Card | £7.20 Casual User | EXCEL Full Gym Induction £25 (covers 3 sessions)
