New Boot Camp Circuits @ Kings Hill Sports Park


Classes running each Monday until Monday 16 May

BootcampWe are pleased to launch a new Boot Camp Circuits class at Kings Hill Sports Park. If it proves popular we will add more!

Classes will run from 5.30pm to 6.30pm each Monday through to Monday 16 May. 

Offering a total body workout, boost your strength and endurance with timed circuits that combine bodyweight and free weight exercises. This is a high intensity class that will get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.

COST:  £5 Health & Fitness Members | £7 Casual Users

You can book on the Larkfield Leisure Centre web and app. The app will show the class 10 days in advance - see 'classes' and search by date.
