Join us this week to experience new releases in our popular Les Mills classes – a great time to try something new!

See our group exercise programme (website or app) and look out for BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, CORE, THE TRIP and SPRINT classes.

While some fitness providers are discontinuing Les Mills classes, tmactive stands firm in our belief in the unparalleled power and motivation these classes offer. We recognize that Les Mills workouts are truly world-class, blending the latest in exercise science with dynamic music, motivation, and energy. From beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts, these classes captivate individuals of all ages and abilities, igniting a passion for fitness like no other. At tmactive, we’re committed to delivering excellence in fitness programming, and Les Mills classes are an integral part of that commitment.

Here is a list of classes that we offer in our Exercise Studios, our state-of-the-art Immersive Spin Studio and via Live Streaming:

  • BODYBALANCE – A dynamic class based on the principles of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi – invigorates, tones and leaves you renewed and relaxed.
  • BODYPUMP – A resistance class using bars and weights to achieve muscular strength and definition – simply resistance with rhythm!
  • BODYCOMBAT – An exciting aerobic class that combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines and martial arts.
  • BODYATTACK – A high-energy fitness class that combines athletic movements with strength exercises i,ncluding push-ups and squats.
  • CXWORX – A 30 minute express workout focuses on functional training moves thatoprove core strength and help prevent injury.
  • THE TRIP – is a fully immersive experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds.
  • RPM – With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, the instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
  • SPRINT – A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. ItIt’s short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

Our Health & Fitness Members get unlimited access to our entire Group Exercise Class Programme in addition to the gym, spas and swimming. Customers who would prefer to pay as you go can take part too!
